Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes can take up to 7-10 business days. We have seen some customers in remote areas experience a longer wait time. We do not offer expedited shipping.
Shipments to Forwarding Companies
Beauty Bakerie cannot be held responsible for delay, damage, defect, material difference, theft or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Beauty Bakerie is unable to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Beauty Bakerie reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.
Beauty Bakerie is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Beauty Bakerie is not responsible for packages returned as “unclaimed, undeliverable as addressed” or “insufficient address” by carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners), nor addresses entered erroneously though we will try our best to assist you. I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
After you complete checkout, your order goes into our processing queue (this is where your package gets all cute). Processing is 3 business days. This is extended to 7 business days during sales or times of heightened volume. Currently, we do not offer expedited processing. All orders are subject to this processing timeframe. Expedited shipping is not expedited processing.
Once your package has dispatched from our warehouse (after processing), it ships at the “speed” you purchased at checkout. Please refer to the courier’s website to understand more about the delivery times they are guaranteeing. Beauty Bakerie does not guarantee any delivery times.
Please visit your selected courier’s website for more information on shipping timelines or delays they may be experiencing. We apologize that we do not control this step. We do encourage priority shipping where possible as we are unable to be held liable for damaged, delayed, lost or stolen shipments.
I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Some countries may tax their citizens or impose additional fees on them when purchasing or importing goods into your country. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Beauty Bakerie. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences (an example is a fire at a post office, yes this really happened), transfers from the USA courier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
